Apostle Inc is a biotechnology company in Menlo Park, CA, aiming to develop innovative technologies in the space of liquid biopsy - the sampling and analysis of non-solid biological tissue, primarily blood, often utilizing circulating free DNA (cfDNA) as a biomarker.

We are seeking a motivated individual for a Director of Business Operation and Sales position that will specialize in the industry of nucleic acids technology. This person will be expected to tackle a variety of challenges as part of Apostle’s business team. The job is located at San Jose, California.
- Execute company wide initiatives and drive opening new markets;
- Drive strategic priorities;
- Drive sales and marketing;
- Managing our companies operations;
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience. MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can ruthlessly execute fast-moving strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges.
- 3+ years' of experience in business operations, sales, or marketing roles in a nucleic acid or related industry.
- Must be flexible to be able to apply her/his knowledge to new areas of study
- Must be flexible with day-to-day duties and able to thrive in a start-up environment
- Must be well-organized and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be a quick learner who is self-motivated and able to ask questions and seek clarity
- Must be an excellent team member and a desire to work collaboratively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast paced and dynamic start-up company environment
- Must hold him or herself to the highest professional, scientific and ethical standards
